Vinification and aging: manual harvesting, vinification in\u00a0steel tanks with maceration on the skins for 10 days;
\naging for a period of 8 months in second passage French oak tonneaux.\u00a0Bottled the year after the harvest, at the end of the summer.<\/p>\n
Pairings: it is characterized by a fruity aroma and tannins\u00a0fresh and non-aggressive on a large, mineral body.
\nThis wine can be served at a cool cellar temperature\u00a0typical seafood dishes of Tuscan cuisine such as cacciucco and cod.\u00a0It is also excellent with pasta dishes with rag\u00f9 and spicy seasonings<\/p>\n
