Grappa and Sweet Wine

The most important grape variety of Elba is the Aleatico: this grape dehydrated in the sun at the end of August, is at the origin of a DOCG passito wine, with fruity and delicate scents. Even the pomace is precious: distilled by the Venetian master Capovilla, they are the basis of our spirits.
