2 Bottles of Bianco Mediterraneo Organic

An elegant and complex white wine made from Vermentino and Fiano grapes grown in the Pascoli Alti vineyards on the slopes of Monte Calamita. Partially aged in stainless steel tanks and partially in French oak tonneaux, it displays a bright straw-yellow colour and a bouquet of citrus fruits, white flowers and mineral notes. On the palate, it is fresh and savoury, with a long, citrus-driven finish. Perfect with fish, shellfish, Mediterranean pasta dishes and fresh cheeses.

2 Bottles of Vermentino delle Ripalte Organic

A fresh, mineral white wine that authentically expresses Elba's Mediterranean climate. It comes from the Gorgaccio vineyards, located among historic iron mines and just a short distance from the sea. The nose reveals citrus and floral aromas, accompanied by hints of Mediterranean herbs and mineral nuances. On the palate, it is balanced and pleasantly savoury, with a lingering finish. Ideal with fish dishes, molluscs, shellfish and seasonal vegetables.

2 Bottles of Rosato delle Ripalte Organic

Made exclusively from Aleatico grapes grown in the sea-facing vineyards of Poggio Turco, this refined rosé captures the island's most delicate and aromatic character. Its delicate, bright pink colour introduces aromas of rose petals, wild strawberries and cherries, complemented by hints of Mediterranean scrubland. On the palate, it is fresh and savoury, with an aromatic, lingering finish. Perfect as an aperitif or paired with seafood starters, risotto and delicate cheeses.
