The Spumante Brut delle Ripalte Rosé is crafted from Aleatico grapes, an aromatic variety that, in this sparkling expression, reveals its full freshness and distinctive character. Its delicate pale pink hue and floral, fruity aromas anticipate an elegant and vibrant sip—perfect for those who appreciate refined bubbles with a Mediterranean soul.

VINIFICATION
The harvest, strictly by hand, takes place in late August to select only the finest Aleatico grapes. After picking, the grapes undergo gentle pressing to obtain a base must for sparkling production. Fermentation follows the Charmat method, a process that preserves the varietal’s freshness and aromatic intensity.

AGEING
Ageing in pressurised tanks enhances the wine’s finesse and balance. During bottling, the liqueur d’expédition, made from Aleatico Passito wine, further enriches its aromatic profile, adding complexity and depth.

Aroma: Intense and enveloping, with notes of white flowers, rose, wild strawberries, and hints of Mediterranean scrub.
