Produced with grapes from the Gorgaccio vineyards, in Capoliveri, Elba Island. The vineyard, trained on the Guyot system, is the oldest vineyard of Alicante (Grenache) in the farm.

Alcohol content: 13%
Bottles currently produced: 2,000 bottles of 0.75 l

Vinification and aging: manual harvesting, vinification in steel tanks with maceration on the skins for 10 days;
aging for a period of 8 months in second passage French oak tonneaux. Bottled the year after the harvest, at the end of the summer.

Pairings: it is characterized by a fruity aroma and tannins fresh and non-aggressive on a large, mineral body.
This wine can be served at a cool cellar temperature typical seafood dishes of Tuscan cuisine such as cacciucco and cod. It is also excellent with pasta dishes with ragù and spicy seasonings
